Generous and He loves those who
are forgiving and generous.
CHAPTER 22
Nabi
Yusuf [a] longed to meet his
father,
Nabi
Ya’qub [a]. How could
he not long to see him when they
had been separated for such a long
time? Why should he wait any
longer now when the secret had
been disclosed? How could he
enjoy the tastiest food and the
sweetest drink when his father was
in such poverty, pain and sorrow?
The secret was revealed, all was
made known. The time of suffering
was over and now Allah wanted to
bring delight and joy to his dear ser-
vant, Ya’qub [a].
As the brothers left for home,
