HAVE MERCY ON US!
Lord, make me and my descendents steadfast in
prayer. Lord, accept my prayer. Forgive me, Lord,
and forgive my parents and all the faithful on the
Day of Reckoning (14:40-41).
Lord, have mercy on them both (i.e., my parents) as
they cherished and cared for me when I was a little
child (17:24).
